Gali received her M.S. in Genomics and System Biology from Texas A&M University in the summer of 2020. She previously worked on Genome-wide Association Studies in maize to detect SNP markers associated with agronomic traits. As part of the Cancer Immunologic Data Commons (CIDC) project she works on developing bioinformatic pipelines for the integration of immune-related data and biomarkers. Her work focuses on single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, Bulk ChIP-seq, Bulk ATAC-seq, and TCR-seq pipeline development and maintenance.
