Jennifer Altreuter obtained her undergraduate degree in Computer Studies at Northwestern University and earned her MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She has a diverse set of work experiences which she currently applies as the Bioinformatics Team Co-Lead for the CIMAC-CIDC network. Those experiences include basic science research as a postdoctoral fellow in the Harvard Medical School Department of Pathology studying the mechanisms of oncogenesis of the human papillomavirus and work in the fields of medical informatics and education. She currently helps support bioinformatics pipelines for whole exome, bulk RNA, ATAC and TCR sequencing and serves as the interface between the bioinformatics and clinical teams to facilitate research in the field of immunotherapy.
