Aashna Jhaveri

Aashna received her MS in Biomedical Informatics from New York University in 2017. She previously worked as an analyst for diverse projects in exosomes, mtDNA and RNA for human and mouse models at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Currently at DFCI, as part of the Cancer Immunologic Data Commons (CIDC) project, she works on developing and maintaining bioinformatic pipelines for Whole Exome sequencing and RNA sequencing. She is also working on the spatial transcriptomics project at DFCI to find the immune and stroma markers in the DCIS breast cancer model.
