Yang Liu

Yang Liu received her PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During her PhD, she focused on deep learning method development for genome-wide association study and biomarker detection. Her interest falls in applying machine learning approaches to understand cancer immunology using multi-omics data and the cancer microbiome. Her current work at DFCI focuses on RNA-seq immune analysis pipeline and developing methods for the cross-trial study of Cancer Immunologic Data Commons (CIDC).
