Sudheshna is working towards receiving her MS in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Her experience includes developing a webpage for the COVID-SNP Mutations RNA-seq data and working on analyzing the structural and functional changes of SUV420H2 protein due to cancer SNP mutations. SUV420H2 is a post-transcriptional protein that helps in DNA damage repair and DNA replication etc.
